How do I add multiple names to a Family Membership account?

To notify us of your name preferences, you may add it in the “Notes” field when you purchase your membership online or email us at support@lamesahistory.com.
 

How do I upgrade my membership?

If you wish to upgrade your membership, we recommend that you wait to do this until your expiration date. If you do not wish to wait until your membership expires, contact us at support@lamesahistory.com and we can assist you.
 

How do I renew my membership before expiration?

To renew your membership before it expires, visit the membership section of the LMHS online shop at lamesahistory.com/memberships and purchase your desired membership. This will automatically extend your membership by 12 months.
 

Can I still renew by check (via mail)?

Yes you may still renew your membership by mailing a check. Please print, fill out, and mail the form below with your check to PO Box 882, La Mesa, CA 91944.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Follow the link for lamesahistory.com/account, beneath the login fields there will be a link that says “Lost your password?” Click this link and it will request your email address and automatically send you an email. Follow email instructions to reset your password.
 

I changed my email. How do I change my account email address?

Log in at lamesahistory.com/account, at the top of the page under the My Account heading, there is a link to “Edit Your Password and Account Details.” There you can make any desired changes to your personal account information.
 

I can’t log in using my email address. What do I do?

Email support@lamesahistory.com and include your existing account email address and we will assist you.
